DU went pretty well. I think i tripped up twice. The deadlifts on Tuesday had my back jacked up. and the goblet squats were really aggravating it. T2B went fine.
Tried to keep the rows under 2:10. No problem with the lunges and situps.
Have I mentioned I hate the AirDyne? :) Had some balance issues with the OHS, but otherwise they were good. I think I was just trying to get through them too fast. Situps were fine.
