First set of deadlifts touch n go. Back was crazy tight after that. Kb were ok. Had to drop remaining sets of deadlifts from the top. runs were slow.

First set I was off balance. The remaining sets felt pretty good.

First 2 sets felt ok. Third set started hurting. I don't understand why doing deadlifts in a workout is so much worse than during strength sets.
