Notes:
Snatches felt good.
Ring dips went ok. Got a little tough towards the end.
Deadlifts felt surprisingly good. I did the first 7 sets of HSPU kipping on 45# plates to the ab mat. Only got 4 reps on the 7th set. Had to have hands on the floor for the 5th rep and last 3 rounds. I was happy that I got that far with the plates.

HSPU all unbroken. The lunges were tougher than I thought they were going to be. It was hard to keep my chest up. Back tightened up on the runs.

Notes:
This was MUCH better than 2 weeks ago. Took a little over an hour. Sleds were consistent. Only had to break on the backwards pull uphill.
