I jumped in with a guest so she wouldn't have to go by herself. Only did 65# on Grace and 55# on Isabel. It was a good warmup.

These both went well. Tough, but good.
Thrusters weren't as bad as I thought they were going to be. They got a little sloe towards the end, but all unbroken. Pullups went fine.
Lunges got a lil wobbly, but otherwise were fine. I had a few fails on the pull-ups because I was trying to string them together. I got all the sets without coming off the bar, but am still having trouble making them flow together.

These went much better than last week. Our sled with straps is A LOT lighter than our pushing sled, so I added 25#. I finished this in a little under 45 min. My arms were tired, so the MU were difficult but doable.
