Notes:
5 rounds; Attempts on DU were 7, 5, 5, 5, 6. Wall balls and pullups were fine.
Goblet squats were rough. My back was not happy (which is totally my own fault). Rows were slower than I'd like. I think I ended up with 1100m.
T2B went well. Kept my rhythm going on every round. AirDyne was ok. I think I got 62 calories.
