A. Hang Squat Snatch from knee cap blocks  EMOM x10min; start at 85#
B1. Squat Clean from blocks   1.1x5; rest 3min
B2. Pullups 17x5; rest 3min
C. Hanging straight leg raises @20X1; 3x5

Notes:

A. 85, 85, 85, 95, 95, 95, 95, 105, 105, 105#
These felt ok.
B1. 115, 125, 125, 130, 130#
I tried not to go as heavy this time. I think they went ok.
B2. Got all unbroken
C. Did straight toes to bar. These were difficult. Had to kip a little. The worst part was hanging on. My hands are jacked.
