Notes:
Thrusters weren't as bad as I thought they were going to be. They were tough, but I kept them pretty steady. Did get difficult at the end. Pullups went fine.
Lunges were ok. After all the thrusters the front squat felt really heavy, but they went ok. All the pull-ups unbroken.

Sleds felt good.
I started with the Khalipa transfers, but by round 5 I couldn't get on top of the rings. I switched to the similar movement with the band. Very frustrated with these.
