Notes:
This all went really well. Snatches felt good. Stayed steady on the pushups. Even the deadlifts felt good today. It may have been because I slept with a prescription strength patch for back pain on last night, but whatever the reason it was nice. I did the first set of HSPU kipping, then decided to work on strict. I did the rest of the sets strict to an abmat. Great workout to start the morning.

Notes:
This was...pure...TORTURE. This took me over 2 1/2 hours. I don't know if it was the hill or the heat or something else, but the sleds were just awful. I think I wore all the tred off my shoes. I couldn't get any traction. By the end I was stopping short of the 100m mark.
MU got difficult around round 6.
