The HSPU were supposed to be strict, but my arms were super sore from the dumbbell exercises I had done the night before. I got the first on strict and had to kip from there on out. Burpee box jumps were ok. DU were off. Tripped up way too much.

All movements went pretty well.

I had to sub hand release pushups for the ring pushups because I'd be in the way of class. Arms were sore making these difficult. DL went ok. AirDyne sucked as always.
