Burpees felt decent. More than 10 would have been difficult to keep my feet together. AirDyne was awful as usual.

I wasn't sure how fast to go. I went too fast on the first row. I tried to keep that pace on the 2nd one and couldn't do it. Stayed pretty steady on the last 3. 800m is a long row... I'd feel great for the first 300m in, then the last 500m would SUCK. My quads would tighten up and my grip would go. Between Monday and today I have some nice blisters on my thumbs.
