Strength/Skill:

6 KB swings 70#
30 sec ropes

WOD:
5 rounds
7 hang cleans 75#
14 wall balls
200m run

Notes:
I was able to get into the gym and decided to participate with the class.
The 70# kb was actually not too bad. The ropes on the other hand sucked all the wind out of me.
WOD time: 10:59
Hang cleans were a breeze. Wall balls got a little difficult. Got the first 4 rounds unbroken. The runs were terrible. I got gassed super quick.
