Notes:
I got confused on this prowler weight. Grayson said our prowler weighs about 50lbs, so I didn't know if I was supposed to add 90# to that. He convinced me not to. The path I have to push on is a hill. I used a 45# plate on the way down, then on the way back up. I added a 15# plate for the next 2 downhill sprints and took it off for the uphill sprint.

These went well. Burpees actually went ok keeping my feet together. Airdyne is airdyne.  :)
