15 pullups
30 box jumps
12 push press 95#
12 pullups
20 box jumps
12 push press
9 pullups
10 box jumps
12 push press

Notes:
Grayson needed me to prove a point, so I jumped into regular class today.  :)
First set of pull-ups unbroken. Box Jumps 10/10/10. Push press 6/6.
Second set pull-ups 6/6. Box jumps 10/10. Push press 6/3/3
Third set pull-ups 5/4. Box jumps unbroken. Push press 6/3/3
I need to string more pull-ups together in workouts. Its just habit to break them up.
