While I'm disappointed that I didn't get to 20, this is 2 full rounds better than the last time I did it, so I can't be too disappointed. The pull-ups went well the whole way through. Pushups got difficult around round 7. I broke them up into 5/5, but then had to break them up into 5/3/2. I felt like the squats went pretty well even without the ball. I probably took too long transitioning between movements. Breathing never got out of control.

Took the runs at a slow pace. First 2 sets of snatches unbroken. Thrid set my arms died. Broke into 6/5/5/5 for the third and fourth sets. K2E were ok. I ripped on the first set which I did unbroken. Did the next 3 sets 6/6. Would love to know what I could do with this workout when I was fresh.
