Took about 2 minutes to regain breathing. My quads were on fire by #4. Died out on #5

I was just messing around with some snatch work and ended up PRing on power snatch at 110#. It was UGLY, but I got out up there.

Got hspu strict until middle of 3rd set. Quads were dying on the squats from the rows.
8+2 lunges
These went pretty well.
5+3 T2B
Dips were a little rough. T2B were ok. First 2 sets of DU were unbroken, then they fell apart. They really slowed me down.
Run was ok. Legs were tired.
