April 3, 2012 - Tuesday

A. Back Squat @ 30X2; 5x7; rest 5 min
B1. Kipping pullups 5x14; rest 10sec
B2. Ring Pushups 5x13; rest 2:30
(C. T2B 5x10)

Notes:
A. Went at 70% - 130# These felt good. Still got a little dizzy. Reps 6 and 7 I had trouble keeping my chest up.
B1. Got all these unbroken. The last reps I was barely hanging on, but they count.
B2. Got all these unbroken. Last few reps got a little slow.
I re-ripped my hand on the pull-ups, so I didn't do the T2B. My hands are in bad shape.
