I saw a video Khalipa did on MU progression. I worked on a few of the things he talked about and I think they will really help.

I was disappointed in my performance. I was doing great for the first 9 rounds. I had about 15 seconds rest. My pushups died out so quickly and as soon as they died out I couldn't keep the pace. I failed on the 12th round.
