Notes:
Practiced bar muscle ups. Got good height. Still can't get over the top.

Lost pace after round 5. My arms had nothing in them.

Quit after round 4. I'm supposed to play tennis in a bit and didn't want to destroy my arms any further.

Very frustrating day...
