Notes:
Kept a pretty good pace at around 45-50 sec. Got HSPU unbroken w/kip. Box jumps were ok. KB was nagging my back a little.
I do not like working out this early. I was not able to keep the 60sec pace on this one. I lost it after round 4. Ring dips and pull-ups went fine, but the wall balls sucked the wind out of me. My breathing was out of control. The last 6 rounds I turned the clock off and just went straight through.
