Notes:
The burpees and kb felt great. My legs were still a little beat up from yesterday and the sled did not make them happy, but it went ok.

Notes:
This was miserable. I wasn't able to keep a 2:00 pace. The first 2 sets I kept it under 2:05. I had to take a short breather after the 2nd 2:00 set, and then between the remaining 2:00/2:45 sets. The 3rd and 4th set I was doing good to keep it under 2:10. My quads were shot. They were on fire within the first minute. My breathing got out of control because I got upset that I was doing so poorly.
