I am still not recovered from the weekend. I felt like I was crawling through this. The 70# kb felt more like it weighed a ton. Had trouble keeping my balance. Wall balls weren't too bad. Box jumps were very slow. I was rebounding at the bottom, but I was barely making it up. My legs were jello. A little disappointed in this.
