The 70# didn't feel too bad. I think the first round was slower because it took me a second to get my balance on the first swing with the 70. Burpees went fine. AirDyne hurt.

I HATE RUNNING AT THIS GYM! We only have a 400m run, so running a 800 I have to stop and turn around 3 times which sucks. The inclines just kill me. I feel like I'm running in quick sand. It's sad that something I used to enjoy so much is now torture.
