B. OHS @33X1; 5x3tough reps; rest 2 min
C. Front Rack Walking Lunges 10/legx3; 75#

The last couple got really tough. I wasn't able to get a successful squat on the last one.
B. 105, 110, 115, 115, 115#
Reps 1 and 2 would feel great, but rep 3 was a doozy. When I got to 115 my elbow felt like it was trying to overextend, so I stayed at that weight for the last three sets
C. My booty is still so sore from Saturday and I have a huge bruise on my knee from the lunges. These were not fun. I stayed with 75# on all sets because I don't think I could have gone any heavier. I was wobbly on all sets.

KB felt good. I only broke up one set and that was because my hand was sweaty and it slipped. Burpees were slow.
